Rehabilitation
The Push Performance System was developed by Eric Franke, a performance coach working within Olympic-level bobsleigh environments.
With experience as both an athlete and coach in elite sport, his work focuses on the physical preparation required for high-level start performance — combining strength, speed, and power development with the specific demands of bobsleigh and skeleton.
The system reflects the same structured training principles used in high-performance environments, adapted into a format athletes can follow independently throughout the year.

Rehabilitation
This system does not include:
-individualized coaching
-video analysis
-personal feedback
-program customization
Athletes looking for individualized guidance should apply for
the Elite Performance Consulting cohort.
